Can you print my company logo on all of your products?
Yes! All of our merchandise can be custom imprinted with your logo, slogan or design. The size of the print area, branding methods available and the number of colours possible in your branding vary product to product. Options should be outlined on individual product pages.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Usually, yes. As a general rule, minimum order amounts are outlined on each specific product page which is clearly displayed in the description. If you aren’t able to see the minimum order quantity for a product, please get in touch with our sales team.
Can I get quotes for multiple products at the same time?
Yes, of course! Once you’ve found all the items you’re looking for, Please contact us on our contact page and send a list of the items you want quoting on.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
We will always endeavour to get your quote with you as soon as we can, with the vast majority of our quotes sent out within 15 minutes. It is very rare for you not to receive your quote or a response from our sales team the same working day. If you do feel it’s taken a while to receive your quotation you can always contact our team on sales@brandelity.com or call 01752491470.
I need my promotional merchandise quickly, do you have express products?
We offer express delivery on a selection of our products so you can receive your branded products as fast as possible. We have a wide range of options available so you can find the right fit for your brand! Head over to our express products page to see what items we offer on a fast turnaround.
Do you offer branded items which are made in the UK?
We source our items from across Europe and around the world, and have a range of merchandise which are specifically manufactured here in the UK.
Can I get a product sample?
Yes! We can send you a sample to ensure you are 100% happy prior to ordering. Simply complete the fast quote form next to your desired product and when your account manager touches base with you they will organise the sample for you.
Do you have other products that aren’t on your website?
Yes! We have many different suppliers for a whole range of different merchandise items and can often source items to your needs. If you are looking for something in particular, please get in touch and one of our sales teams will be able to tell you the different product options we have available.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on our rate of repeat custom. If the items you have ordered or the branding is faulty we will always replace these items free of charge or offer a refund where applicable. If for any reason the item is not to your satisfaction upon receipt but is not faulty in any way, please get in touch with our team who will do everything they can to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
